seattles city of industry and ottawas ultra love come together again after a west coast tour to bring us this short 2 song split. city of industry leads with a bleak atmospheric track, using ambience and heavy hitting drums to create their own brand of dark hardcore. following this hellish track, ultra love comes with a heavy atmosphere as well, but a lot more hopeful than the previous side. tapping into a 90’s emo sound that sends chills down your spine. we hear many vocal styles and shift moods constantly throughout this short collaboration. a great offering from both bands - and personally my favourite songs to date.
